Looking for entertainment that gets your team talking, or brings visitors to your stand? I’m Adam, a professional live caricaturist, and I draw at Christmas parties, exhibitions, conferences and company events across the Isle of Wight and the south coast.

Each caricature is drawn by hand, live, in about five minutes. It’s entertainment, an icebreaker and a take-home gift, all in one booking.

🎄 Christmas parties: now booking for December
Friday and Saturday nights in December are always the first to go. Caricatures are perfect for office parties, hotel Christmas nights and festive lunches. They get people mixing across departments, give the quieter ones something to talk about, and every guest goes home with a souvenir they’ll pin up on Monday morning. I can add a festive touch or your company name to every drawing.

Exhibitions, trade shows and conferences
A caricaturist on your stand creates a queue, and a queue draws a crowd. While visitors wait, your team gets time to talk to them and collect their details. Each drawing can include your logo or brand message, so it leaves the event as advertising that people actually keep.

Staff away days and team events
Summer parties, family fun days, team-building days and long-service celebrations. Caricatures suit every age and every personality, and they’re a simple way to say thank you to your staff.

Launches, open days and client hospitality

Live digital caricatures
Want colour? I can also draw live on an iPad in full colour. Drawings take a little longer per person, but they can be printed or shared digitally, which works well for social media campaigns.

How it works

1. Send me your date, venue, guest numbers and the type of event.

2. I’ll send a quote and a booking confirmation. A £50 deposit secures the date.

3. You get an invoice, payable by bank transfer, with the balance due the week before.

4. I arrive, set up in a few minutes, and draw until the last minute of the booking.

What I need on the day
A small space for an easel and two chairs, good lighting (or a nearby socket), and parking close to the venue. That’s it.

Prices
Corporate bookings start from £375 for 3 hours on the Isle of Wight, or £450 for 4 hours. Mainland quotes include all ferry and travel costs. Longer bookings and multi-day exhibitions are welcome, so get in touch for a quote.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can you draw?
Around 10–12 people an hour, or 20–30 couples in a four-hour booking. For bigger events, ask me about longer bookings.

Can guests take their drawings home?
Yes, every guest takes their A3 drawing home. It’s free for them; your booking covers everything.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, full public liability insurance, and I can send a copy for your venue or events team.

Can you invoice our company?
Of course. You’ll get a proper invoice for your accounts, payable by bank transfer.
